You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arionay login credentials. You agree to notify arionay immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. arionay will never contact you to request your password.
arionay is required to verify the identity of all account holders in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by arionay for this purpose, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
arionay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending completion of KYC procedures. arionay aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. arionay reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
You may not fund your arionay account using any payment method that does not belong to you, or using any funds derived from illegal activity. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not supported on the arionay Platform.

All content on the arionay Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of arionay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of arionay.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arionay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if arionay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
arionay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arionay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
arionay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the arionay Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact arionay's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. arionay will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
